The Bride Test

I loved this book! I appreciated the effort to make an accurate portrayal of autism. The author showed how autism is a spectrum everyone is different, and she showed this with how she wrote Khai differently than Stella from the Kiss Quotient. The character development in this book was great, readers understand Esme and Khai’s emotions and why they would make certain decisions. Like how Esme lies about being an accountant. I thought the author did a wonderful job of showing that Khai loved Esme even though he didnt think he could love. I also thought that having Michael from the Kiss Quotient in this book coaching Khai on orgasms was hilarious. I loved how Esme was strong, and she did well in school rather than be a helpless damsel in distress. Overall, I thought this book was heartwarming and super funny at the same time.
